Mindfulness Manuscripts are collection of ways I have found useful tips in building my self confidence, finding structure in my extremely busy schedule, finding balance and of course body confidence in overcoming issues of self-esteem and the like. I wouldn’t say that I’ve got all the answers here, but I believe I’m confident enough to admit that I’m work-in-progress, and loving every learning minutes of it. If I’m not yet done with my journey, it only means there are plenty more adventures to come!
